The languages available to navigate on Threedifferent.com are English and Italian

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, with the possible exception of hand made articles that might have slightly different finishings.

Yes. All you need to do is sign up to our Newsletter and you will receive news on all our new arrivals and Threedifferent.com promotional activity

How can I recuperate my password if I forget it?

How can I be sure that I have carried out my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation at your email address. If this does not arrive, please contact our Customer Care at care@threedifferent.com

What should I do should I receive a defective item?

Threedifferent.com only sells products in perfect condition so, in the exceptional circumstance that you should receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Care at care@threedifferent.com

What should I do should I receive the wrong item?

If, by mistake, you are sent an item you did not request, please contact our Customer care@threedifferent.com

What should I do should I decide to return an item I have acquired?

We ask that you access your Reserved Area by logging in with your password. You will be asked to indicate the item/items that you wish to return and the reason for the return.

You will then have to contact the UPS courier and provide them with the information printed on the sticker that you will find in the package that you received

Please remember that returned items must retain the original tags otherwise the return will not be accepted.

What must I do to receive reimbursement, should I return an item?

As soon as we receive the parcel containing the item/items, we will proceed with the reimbursement withing 30 days of receipt of the returned parcel. You will be reimbursed with the same method originally used for your payment; should this have been payment on delivery, we ask that you provide us with the following details via email:

IBAN CODE
NAME OF BANK

NAME AND SURNAME OF THE ACCOUNT HOLDER

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

The following methods of payment are available: Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Paypal and Payment On Delivery (Italy only)

Why was my credit card declined?

Your credit card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:

- The card may have expired. Please check that the date has not expired.
- You may have reached your credit limit. Please check with your bank that you have not exceeded the consented amount for purchases.
- The details entered may not be correct. Please verify that all the details provided in the necessary fields are correct.

Is it secure to use my credit card on the web?

Yes,all data is encrypted and transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All Visa and Mastercard transactions are accepted only through Secure Electronic Transaction (SET). Once we have verified that the credit card is accepted by SET, the system will then contact the emitting bank thus allowing the purchaser to make the purchase. Once the bank has confirmed the card authenticity, the debit will go through. Should this not be the case, the order will be cancelled.
