Threedifferent delivers on working days to all countries by UPS courier (tel +39 02 30 30 30 39) and SDA (Russia only).
The package tracking number will be sent to you by email on the day of dispatch of the package or, at the latest, the following day and can be traced on the site of the courier company.
Customers from extraCE countries must take into account possible extra custom costs upon delivery.

The Return Merchandize Authorization is absolutely required before shipping the return package – in order to receive the refund in the right times.
HOW TO OPEN A RETURN REQUEST
Log in on Threedifferent.com
Access in your Reserved Area (clicking on your name right at the top of the homepage)
Access to the History of your Orders
Select the Order corresponding to the Product(s) you need to return and click on Details
In Return Merchandize section, select the Product to return, specify a reason if possible and, if you are asking for a substitution, specify the size or the color (if available).
Please wait for Threedifferent’s confirmation by mail before collecting a schedule with UPS.
Once the returned items have been checked to ensure their conditions, the refund will be made to the Customer - according to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The refund will be done by 10 days from the back-delivery in Threedifferent stockhouses.
The Customer can ask for the substitution without any further expence, in time with the terms of the Right of Withdrawal.
In case of multiple returns (coming from different Orders), the Customer is asked to return the items dividing them by order, in their different original packages, using the different return labels given by Gema inside the package.
