Threedifferent ship to all countries via UPS, the tracking number will be sent via mail the same day of the date of shipment.

**We ship to Russia every tuesday with EMS courier.

The resulting total price at the end of the order includes shipping costs but does not include eventual customs duties and/or added taxes on the sales, necessary for the importation of the goods in foreign territory. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be exclusively responsibility of the customer.


RETURN&REFUND
You can return the package with our UPS (SDA in Italy) code. If you are an Italian customer it will cost you 5.00 euro - $ 7.00, plus 2.00 euro -  $ 3.00  for each addictional item. If you are an European customer returns costs 10.00 euro - $ 14.00 plus 2.00 euro – $ 3.00 for each addictional item and if you are an extra European  customer the costs will be 20.00 euro - $ 28.00 plus 3.00 euro - $ 4.00 for each addictional item

Also you can return the items with a shipping service of your choice that permits to trace the return. All return costs will be a customer expense. We will refund you when the package will be here to us, shipping costs excluded.

**Threedifferent doesn't offer return service for the Russian customers, so they will be responsables of their returns choosing any courier.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you have to enter in your client area with your login and password and make the return request or if you need our help you can contact us at return@threedifferent.com. Than we will send you the return document via mail that you will print and attach on the package. Than we will send you the return document via mail that you will print and attach on the package. Finally you have to contact UPS in your country to collect the package.

You have 10 days if you are an European customer and 20 days if you are an extra European customer from the date you have received the package to contact us and send the package.

The shipping and return costs will be subtracted from your refund when the return will be in our warehouse.
